FAQ's

Standard Cleaning is a thorough maintenance service for a home that is already in reasonably good condition. It generally includes dusting accessible surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping appliance exteriors, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and mopping hard floors. It does not include substantial buildup, interior cabinets, detailed window tracks, or extended repeated scrubbing.

Deep Cleaning includes the Standard Cleaning plus detailed and less-accessible areas. Depending on the selected package and safe access, this may include baseboards, doors, door frames, blinds, window sills and tracks, ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, accessible areas beneath beds and lightweight furniture, and the interiors of emptied cabinets and drawers.

Restoration Cleaning is for properties or individual areas with substantial buildup. Examples include heavy kitchen grease, thick soap scum, mineral deposits, layered dust, excessive pet hair, sticky cabinets, heavily soiled floors, accumulated debris, or rooms requiring several hours of detailed work. Restoration work is quoted according to condition and estimated labor.
Not necessarily. A well-maintained home may qualify for Standard Cleaning. Deep Cleaning is recommended when detailed areas need attention or when the home must first be brought to the Suncoast Atlantic maintenance standard.

Yes. Once the home reaches the appropriate standard, weekly, biweekly, or recurring monthly Standard Cleaning can help maintain the results.

Pricing considers property size, bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, requested service level, pets and pet hair, clutter, accessibility, cabinet or appliance interiors, stairs, specialty surfaces, requested add-ons, and estimated labor hours. A smaller property with heavy buildup may cost more than a larger property that is already well maintained.

The quote is based on the information and property condition provided before service. When the team discovers undisclosed or hidden conditions that require substantially more labor, a supervisor will contact the customer before additional work or charges are approved.

No. You may provide approved entry instructions before the appointment. Please make sure the team can access the property at the scheduled time and provide any gate codes, parking instructions, alarm information or special entry directions in advance

No. Our team arrives with the approved products and equipment needed for the scheduled service. Please notify us in advance about delicate surfaces, allergies, product restrictions or manufacturer-specific care requirements.

Remove excessive clutter from floors and surfaces so the team can focus on cleaning. Secure cash, jewelry, medications, documents, weapons, and fragile items. Empty cabinets and drawers scheduled for interior cleaning, and remove loose items beneath beds when under-bed cleaning is requested.

Cleaners may move small, lightweight items when it can be done safely. Employees will not move extremely heavy furniture, lift or dismantle beds, disconnect appliances, or move unstable objects that may cause injury or damage.

The interiors of emptied cabinets and drawers are included in selected Deep Cleaning, Move-In, or Move-Out packages. Removing, organizing, and replacing large amounts of personal property must be quoted separately
Interior refrigerator and oven cleaning may be included in selected packages or booked as add-ons. Heavy grease, spoiled food, hardened spills, or significant odor treatment may require additional labor.

Accessible under-bed areas are included in applicable Deep Cleaning packages when there is enough clearance for equipment and the space is free of loose belongings. Cleaners will not lift or dismantle heavy bed frames.

Interior window glass, frames, sills, and tracks may be included in selected packages or booked separately. Exterior, high-access, and specialty windows may require a separate estimate.

Contact us promptly and identify the specific area. We will review the booked checklist, property condition, and available job documentation. When an included area was reasonably missed, we will work toward an appropriate resolution under the company’s final service policy.

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, denied access, or appointments where the team cannot enter may be subject to a fee.

Yes, when the pet is friendly and does not prevent safe work. Aggressive, highly anxious, or disruptive pets should be secured in a safe area before arrival.

Yes. Customized cleaning plans may be prepared for offices, retail spaces, property-management common areas, vacation rentals, and other commercial properties. Pricing depends on the property, requested tasks, cleaning frequency, and estimated labor.

Standard services do not include needles, bodily fluids, animal-waste accumulation, pest infestations, severe mold, hazardous chemicals, or other dangerous materials. These conditions must be disclosed and may require a specialized remediation company.
